"Not a Lot to Pick From"
I was hoping there’d be a decent selection of rugby gear, but it felt limited. A few things I clicked on were missing sizes or didn’t have many options, and some of it made me wonder a bit about the overall quality too. Ended up not buying anything in the end, which was frustrating.

"Ordering was way more hassle than it should be"
I tried placing an order, but the website drove me nuts. Everything loaded really slowly, and the menu was confusing enough that I kept ending up in the wrong place. My basket kept making me go back and fix things too. The products might be totally fine, but the whole process was just too annoying, so I stopped.

"Not really worth the price"
Maybe I just got a bad one, I don’t know, but the shirt felt cheap and thin when it arrived. After the first wash, some of the stitching was already starting to come loose. For what I paid, I was expecting a lot better. It’s not the worst shirt I’ve ever bought, but I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

"Nice Shirt, Just Watch the Sizing"
I’m happy with this shirt overall. It fits well for the most part, but it’s a little snug around the shoulders for me. If I were ordering again, I’d probably go one size up just to have a bit more room. My final take: it’s a good shirt, just make sure to check the size chart before buying

"Disappointed with the shirt personalisation"
I paid extra to have my name printed on the shirt, but it arrived off centre and looked a bit cheap. I was really looking forward to it, so it was disappointing. When I tried to sort it out, the whole thing felt quite impersonal too, like I was just a ticket number rather than an actual customer. I don’t think I’d order anything personalised again

"Not sure if it was just me, but it felt off"
I might be overthinking it, but the shirt just didn’t feel quite right to me. The material seemed a little off, and the tags looked different than I expected. Maybe I’m being too picky, but I’m not fully convinced it was authentic.

"Stock wasn’t actually available"
I ordered a rugby top because it was showing as in stock on the site. A few days later, they let me know it wasn’t available after all. Frustrating. Especially as it was meant to be a present.
They did refund me, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. But the stock info really needs to be more accurate. I’d probably double-check before ordering from them again

"The return went through, but it dragged on"
I was able to get the exchange done in the end, so I guess that part was fine. But it took longer than I expected, and that was frustrating. The waiting kind of stood out more than anything else

"Customer service was disappointing"
I didn’t have a great experience with customer service. I was expecting a faster response, but replies took longer than I thought they should, and when I did hear back, the answers weren’t very helpful. It felt like no one really cared about fixing the issue. After this experience, I probably wouldn’t order again.

I was surprised by how quickly it showed up. Delivery was smooth, everything arrived in good shape, and the whole experience felt reliable from start to finish. Definitely gives me confidence ordering again

"Not worth the money"
I feel like I paid way too much for what I ended up getting. I kept trying to be patient and give it a fair chance, but it felt like I was forcing myself to wait around for something that never really improved. Disappointing overall.
